Warm reminder to dear customers, our store is a manufacturer that produces, sells, and wholesales various types of artificial flowers and plants. In principle, we operate on a bulk sales basis, but we also support sample orders. However, sample products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you only purchase one or two of each item, or if you choose to buy one or two of many different items, this is considered a sample order. Such orders are not eligible for refunds. We hope you read carefully before placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your cooperation!!!
